  Pros

  It is possibly the easiest way to get your video into flash format and onto a WEB site. Having used a few such products including the disasterous CoffeeCup WEB video creator i was especially happy with how the product worked until....

  Cons

  After purchasing the product, installing and registring, the Encoder fired up each time wanting me to input my Registration number. I emailed the people who sold the product and they told me; just launch it as an Administrator and then enter the details and all will be well. I did this and it wasn't. I then uninstalled and re-installed and registered the product again as an administrator but it always wanted the registration number so OK; i just pasted it in everytime i used it. After about a month or so, the registration did not come back with the message that the Registration Key had been blocked; Error Code 5; please Contact Customer Service. They in turn told me that they had Blocked the Key as i was 'Reinstalling the Product to often". I refered them to the previous e-mails regarding the registration problems but they ignored my e-mails ever since. I now have a product i purchased and can not use through a wilful act on Sothinks behalf!

  Summary

  As mentioned; great Product when it is fully functional. Almost toally useless for me now. Robert Z

  Pros

  I really, really like your classic skins on the players because they have the minutes and seconds displayed. Not many other players have this. Also, they look clean, without all the clunky borders around the video like so many other players have.
