NO AUDIO! No Troubleshooting! No Support!

Pros
The video quality was okay, but I needed video and audio synched. I never got any audio at all.
Cons
Cannot capture audio as promised. Very bad support. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. You'd expect better response for a program that costs so much.
Summary
Does not capture audio. Does not offer any troubleshooting for this issue. Very unresponsive customer support.

Cons
Giant watermark on output, and no sound! Watch during the install - it tries to download a bunch of bloatware.

The conversion process seemed simple and fast, but output is terrible.
