Pros
Only easy&free way I've found to sync gmail contacts to outlook Can sync up to three (Gmail, outlook, yahoo, iphone, android, etc.) services.
Cons
Limit of 250 contacts
Summary
This service works. I have yet to find something that can sync my gmail contacts with outlook. If there is something this easy and 100% free, I am willing to try it. For now, this is perfect! I have 160 contacts, so I can basically double my contacts and still use the service free.
