  Way too slow (is 5-6 hours the standard for one dvd disc?), too many unsupported files. And worst of all, zero customer support.

  The bottom line is that you should be able to test it for free, but right from the install they tell you that you'll get just a half video convert trial. So I decided to give it a try and paid the $29.95 since they offer full satisfaction money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. From the start it was very slow, and the result dvd was full of errors (oblongated images, unsync audio and video, and worst of all, dvd disc unreadable by dvd player!). I asked for help and they never answered. I emailed again later asking for a refund since I was being ignored, and no answer yet. They are waiting for the 30 day guarantee time limit to expire. It says they're based in London, but I doubt this to be true. English gentlemen would write back at the least.

• I have got a way to burn FLV as DVD!

  Pros

  I used to burn FLV to DVD directly. But it is only playable on PC but not on DVD players. This software converts FLV to DVD format and then burns them to DVD. It helps me to address this problem.
