  Pros

  It's so detailed, I really enjoyed this game for weeks on end. A must for all Eastern Front enthousiasts. Excellent for PBEM. Igor is making a new version for the whole WWII in Europe.

  Cons

  you have to buy it to really be able to play it, also to play against others. The AI is quite stupid. Units can't be directed but all have to be moved manually every daily turn.

  Pros

  It's a quite decent game.... For about 1 hour or less that is... The outcome is quite unique and will keep you at the edge of your seat looking to see if you have more men then the foe.

  Cons

  The replay value is poor, Overall fun is decent for 1-2 hours depending how bored you are, It takes SOO long to end your turn in the game, When you simulate it takes a quite long time, If the game would get speeded up it might be better. Overall it's a average game to kill your bordom.

  Pros

  I've played it in the past, and I cannot lie, these board game look alikes are not that bad, and are pertty fun to play as long as you have the time to move every piece, I'd play it over a week, using it maybe 1-2 hours a day. I actually did this product myself.

  Cons

  Dated graphics, and I really would have voted 4 1/2, for that but, in general its a nice game. It may bore people who dont like taking time ;-)

  Although slow to play, this game really comes close to the real thing! It accurately displays the logistical nightmare an army goes through in such a grand campaign! I just love it to see my panzers blitzing all those russain divisions! A few missing features I would like to see added to it are; -Several degrees of AI-help in moving your units (there are just too many to handle and the single option available for this is rather tricky). -the possibility to cancel the last move (not for fights of course). -a bit more statistics on advantages/disadvantages of units. -supply lines and the need to defend/establish them. -the russian AI should be, at start much more limited in its action (too many offensive actions while they are the defending side), this applies to those regions where the russians are having a local superiority in troops and from day 1 start invading the enemy (realistically, an invasion takes planning and so it just couldnt be for them to go on the offensive immediately while their own country is being attacked). Later on in the game, though, the russian AI should be improved to give a better fight and handle economy better. -A better status for the neutral countries: nothing stops me from moving through these countries to sneak up unto undefended russian borders far from the real invasion theatre. -enemy and friendly units close to the units in the battle should be able to join in that battle, now each unit fights too much on its own which puts smaller units quickly at a disadvantage.
