• Poorly supported.

  Pros

  Once running it works well and we had it running for 5 users (after a painful installation ). the product does what it says but without a safety net. It's a low-cost high-risk alternative at best.

  Cons

  Appalling support. Paid a fee which included 1 phone support incident. All we got was an answering machine (normal hours). Nobody returned our call. A reply to our email support request came 7 days after sending it and didn't adddress the question.

  Summary

  Email is a mission critical application for most. The only argument for using this SW as opposed to a managed hosted exchange server is a potential small cost saving. It's very proprietary so if you have a problem you are likely to need support. When we needed it, the forum was down on their website all day and the FAQs were unavailable online in addition to not being able to get hold of anybody. Using a hosted exchange service costs about UKP400-500 PA more for 5 users and based on our experience any savings in using this product are illusory due to email loss and prolonged downtime when (it's never 'if') an incident occurs and there is inadequate support.

  Pros

  It looks like it is exactly what I need: a way to seamlessly see my updated Outlook files on the computers in my office.

  Summary

  After 3 frustrating days of trying to install the client software on the auxiliary computers I gave up. The support for the trial period is via email only. You just can't get your questions answered in a timely fashion. Just too many tweaks to make it a good program. I uninstalled it and will look for another program that works better.

  Pros

  Why can't they be more descriptive of the product? I'm not sure if this program is going to do exactly what I need it to do. I want to "duplicate" my administrator's outlook account to my user account. I need to be able to see changes automatically.

  Cons

  I can't trust it, and I don't want to go through the effort of downloading it and uninstalling it later.
