And you agreed it in Microsoft's 12,000 word service agreement by installing Windows 10...By default Windows 10 is configured to track usage, location and other information and to send it to Microsoft servers. Such features aren't always a bad thing, but opting in by default is strange user privacy policy. Since this is such a widely known issue, we have prepared a special tool you can use to simplify the process of taking your privacy back in Windows 10.
