Snapped for Snapchat for Mac

Snapped for Snapchat for Mac gives you access to all of your messages, and it allows you to send new ones to any of your contacts as well. Whether you use Snapchat frequently or only on occasion, this app offers a convenient way to manage your account right from your Mac.

Pros

Intuitive controls: Snapped for Snapchat's interface makes all processes quick and intuitive. With just a few clicks, you can add contacts, send a message, or take a photo right through the computer's camera. Images that you're sending or that you've received display in the left-hand panel, while you can switch between your Feed, Friends, and Settings using the buttons along the bottom of the right-hand panel.

Error protection: If you accidentally send a message to the wrong person, you have a quick out with this app. It gives you the ability to mark a message you've sent to someone else as Read on their device even if they never saw it, which can save you from a lot of compromising situations.

Cons

Only Portrait view: You're only able to view photos and videos in Portrait view through this app. Any messages you receive that were oriented as a Landscape just play sideways, and there's no way to adjust this.

Bottom Line

Snapped for Snapchat is a convenient way to manage your Snapchat account on your computer for free. It's easy to use, and the error protection it provides is a definite bonus.
