Smoke Control is an app that may helps you to quit or reduce smoking. The principle is to reduce consumption of cigarettes continuously during a given period. Starting from an initial value (cigarettes per day) and a target (in how many days do you want to stop) every day fewer cigarettes will be allowed. Now start the quit to smoke trial and just smoke when the app says that a next cigarette is allowed. If the daily goal is not reached, you may try again the next day with the same target. We can not guarantee that you will stop your smoking activities. After all, you still decide yourself whether you smoke or not. Smoke control here is only a small motivational aid.
