SimTor is an easy authoring tool for creating interactive application courses. It supports the development workflow (scripting, capturing and adding interaction). The result is an xml-database, bitmaps and a flash-engine. The tool is written in python, apart from the flash-engine, which will be available in swf and action script code. The current release is 0.4 and is usable to create content. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
