Pros
I wasn't able to find any.
Cons
The program installs quickly and creates its shortcut on the desktop, and also appears in my Programs list, but when I try to start it, simply aborts. See here for yourself: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/85/simpleinvoiceserror.jpg/
Summary
It didn't work in my Win 7 system, even if I set it up and ran it with admin rights. Maybe other people are luckier than me.
