  1. 30 day "Risk-Free" trial is not risk free, if you don't watch out you could get charged for things. 2. Site is build to suck you in and terms are hidden 3. Bad support and customer service 4. Very little customization in checkout process

  Summary

  After a full review of Shopify feature, support and customer service i will tell you the following. If you are serious about e-commerce and about selling on line shopify is nt the place to do it. i have built many sites over the past 12 year and have seen many platforms and shopify has a long way to go to match up with the industry standards.Behind the nice site and impressive features there is a huge lack of support and customer service. if you have 5-10 products to sell and don't need support or service then this might be a good option for you, but keep in mind the "30 Day Risk-Free trial" is not really "Risk-Free", look out for fine print and things that they will charge you for even if you cancel within the "Risk-Free" time Bottom-line: if you are going to use them, call them before using the feature to make sure you are not going to be charged for the feature you are using, and if you have many products and need support, find look for another platform.
