Pros: Great customer service, very useful and saves me a lot of time.
Cons: A bit expensive for small businesses.
Summary: Great product I've used it for 2 years now and will continue to enjoy my free time.

Cons: They advertise License: Free. That is BULL!! You get a free trial (1 month or 3 month, not really sure since they say both) and then you have to pay a monthly subscription.
Summary: They lie.
