This product catches everything.

Pros
I scanned a machine that I thought was completely patched and it reported 35 missing patches. I was blown away.
Cons
It took a little while to find out how to deploy patches.
Summary
Great product for detecting missing patches. I had used Windows Update forever and it was a real eye opener to see what it wasn't catching.

Pros
This product was perfect for my patching needs. Specifically 3rd party patches like adobe and firefox. The trial download is a little limited but it gave me enough insight into their functionality to know that this product would meet my needs.

Have not found any yet.
