Set working timeWebsite owners can create a standard and custom schedule. The dates/days marked as days off will not be available for booking on the frontend UI. Admins are free to change the time and date format and set the respective time zone from the general options menu.

Manage bookingsA helpful dashboard on the administration page will keep users up to date about the latest service reservations and current day's bookings so that they can organize their daily working plan better. They can review all bookings at a glance, check customer details, edit bookings, manually add a new booking from the backend, change statuses, etc.

Process paymentsClients can not only book but also pay for the services they have selected. Our PHP service booking system supports various online and offline payment methods. Authorize.Net and PayPal are the default payment gateways. We can add any other upon request. Admins can also temporarily disable payments and accept bookings only.

Send confirmationsThe Service Booking Script is fitted with an Email and SMS Notifications tool enabling users to customize and send autoresponder messages upon new reservation, payment or cancellation. To activate the SMS feature, admins have to request an API key.
