Serial-Vault for Windows

Serial-Vault was born out of a need to centrally maintain our own software licenses and related documents. We looked at what was already available but couldn't find a single product that was fast, easy, and offering the features we wanted. Serial-Vault is our idea of encompassing all of those goals.

First, Serial-Vault is small and fast. It starts up instantly with little or no overhead. It can easily be run completely from a USB drive.

Second, the layout and design is very straight-forward. Almost every entry is optional. If you don't need it, Serial-Vault won't insist that you enter it! There is never a need to open new screens just to manage custom codes or descriptions. Any optional fields you want to use can be added at the same time as the rest of your data.

Third, we included all of the features this type of program should have. Categorization, multiple entry types, ability to quickly copy codes to your clipboard, and more. Beside storing the serial/registration information, you can also save the necessary Install programs and any license files right with your registration details! The next time you need to re-install a program, you won't need to dig through dozens of download folders looking for the software and related licensing data, simply do it all right from within Serial-Vault!

Of course, many people also want to prevent this information from getting into the wrong hands. If you want to encrypt the registration details we offer a 2-method ASE encryption process that leaves the password entirely in your hands. Change passwords as often as you like and your data will be re-encrypted in seconds, or remove the password if you don't require this level of security. The option is always yours!
