• Windows 10 Scaling does not work in 6.0 Pro

  Cons

  Does not work with windows 10 scaling (4K monitor, scaling 150%) ... after Windows notices a change in resolution / zoom ... ScreenHunter Pro does not work anymore ... AND support does not respond withing 6 days!

  Pros

  10 capture features you can't go wrong. Expecially, new Webcam capture, advanced menu & bloom capture, auto-scroll and scheduled captures are cool. Also comes with a very good image editor, and something called ScreenZoom.

  Cons

  Not what I can find (It's solid.)

  Summary

  The new version 6.0 is an amazing piece. It is by far the most user friendly. I've used for a half year now and it's my favorite program!

  There are no pros - opened it up once to use and it froze my computer - had to delete it!

  Cons

  I don't know if it is a problem because I have Vista but this 6.0 froze up my computer and I had a real hard time navigating to delete it.

• ScreenHunter Locks-Up Computer

  Pros

  ScreenHunter is a great software. Always worked well with WinXP. I bought the PRO version for my new laptop, based on the great function of the free version. But, I wish it would work in my machine.

  Cons

  I got a new Toshiba laptop with Vista installed. On my computer, ScreenHunter Pro will lock-up the computer. This requires a full reboot to restore computer function. Sometimes the ScreenHunter captures works, for 2-4 screen captures, but then will lock up everything. I can't even open task manager. Wisdom-Soft cannot seem to offer a solution to my problem.

  I can get a program and start using it as a matter of course. I never have to think about this program, it just works. I realized how much it has integrated into my computing habits when, the other day, I was using a different computer and repeatedly tried to use my screen hunter hot key. A++ program!

  ScreenHunter 4.0 is a necessary tool if you use screen savers for image creation, as I sometimes do. The interface is straight forward and very easy to use. ScreenHunter 4.0 does what it says-screen captures. Well, most of the time, images from trial versions like Adobe PhotoShop 7.0, etc. cannot be captured. Hopefully, it won't be long before someone finds a way around that.
