  Like most of the screen recorder software, it doesn't support edit of screen videos.

  Summary

  This program has a classic UI design making it very easy to use for new user. The speed or recording is very fast meaning you record a lot more frames per second and you get very smooth videos. The area setting is very flexalbe. You can choose to record the full screen, a window, a selected region or a fixed region. Also, you can set other recording parameters that is typical for a screen recorder software. In a word, it is a lightweight and fast screen recorder software.

  It looks like this would be a good software if you can get it to work.

  Cons

  The work around listed for Windows Vista regarding turning off the video accelerator does not work. I followed directions and even updated my driver and still could not turn off the accelerator. Without this off this software does not work.

  Summary

  The problem I experience is often found on the new computers. I hope the company address this issue in future releases. I would love to actually try this out.

  Actually records in a usable format. Can adjust the framerate for recording at playback. Adjustable recording window.

  No audio support.(at least that I can figure out). Free version annoys you with registration pop-up and puts a small banner at the top left-hand corner.

  Summary

  So far, it's the only recorder that actually records in a usable format for WMP and WMM. Relatively simple to use, several options you can adjust for more advanced users. Watermark banner (I assume) can be easily removed with video editing software. For the price (free) this is the best I've found.
