This screensaver lets you tour both the countryside and the urban areas of Scotland. Some pictures focus on famous landmarks such as the notorious Loch Ness, while others show you scenes from major Scottish cities such as Edinburgh and Glasgow. No matter what kind of shots you're viewing, we think you'll agree the image quality is mostly excellent, though you may miss a soundtrack. Scotland Screensaver offers a decent amount of user-customization options, allowing you to set the image interval, apply transition effects, and choose random or sequential display modes. The trial version does show you a nag screen, but it's quite small and doesn't get in the way of the main content. Whether you've been to Scotland many times or just want a teaser for an upcoming trip, we'd guess you'll be pleased with this program.
