Scorecerer Desktop will automatically clean your scanned sheet music image, straighten the page and remove empty borders. You can also add annotations. Scorecerer Desktop will then optimize the images specifically for fast page turning and maximal screen usage on the iPad and other digital tablets. Your sheet music can be published from Scorecerer through iTunes or directly over wifi.

Pros
Well, I can get my own sheet music into it instead of having to buy songs again. It straightens it automatically so I don't have to mess with image processing. The annotation support and MIDI control on the iPad is great. Page changing is really fast
Cons
Only handwritten annotations and drawings, can't type stuff in or draw clean rectangles or circles. Annotations on the iPad don't get saved back to the desktop. The GUI is not that pretty.
Summary
Functionally, it's awesome .... it does pretty much everything you need to manage and view your own sheet music. The MIDI stuff is great for control during practice and performance. It's not as pretty as apps like Scorch but it does way more and you don't have to pay for your sheet music all over again. The user interface is a bit clumsy.
