• Excellent software for tracking Wildblue/Exede lunacy.

  Quick easy to setup program. Queries WB/Exede for latest download usage via default settings.

  Summary

  Not sure about the other reviewers here. It's only a 1.4MB download. This thing was a quick easy download that constantly tracks our usage. With a family of 5 we routinely get near our limit and the constant monitoring lets us keep track of when we need to throttle everyone back to keep our speeds from being slowed down. You do have to enter your login data for WB/Exede, but once done you can get you usage totals and history quite easily. It's reporting the actual usage tracked by WB, not doing it's own counting which is quite helpful. If you have WB/Exede, this is a very good program to monitor your usage. Just set it up and check it whenever you need to. No logging in needed after initial setup.

  Runs in the background to monitor usage.

  Cons

  It was difficult to know that the software was installed and running. It goes straight to the hidden icons, and no "info" screen opens when the software is started.

  Summary

  I can't truly rate this product yet. I downloaded it because I was over my entire month's bandwidth limit in just 2 weeks, and trying to understand what was happening. UNFORTUNATELY ... it only monitors up to the plan's limit! So I've got it running in the background, but it won't reset and actually DO anything for another 2 weeks. Ugh. Maybe I can post a better review after it resets and I can see if it truly works.

  Pros

  Well, since it wouldn't install...there is nothing to review.

  Cons

  The program is huge and kicked me over the limit for usage, slowing everything down for a week! Then it said that I needed to restart my computer to install, then it disappeared. Now I have to go looking and delete it...

  Summary

  Don't do it!
