Although it has some character limitations, this free application helps you create tailor-made textual images. Text To Pic Creator lets you convert text lines into BMP images. Simply type your text and make standard modifications to the font, size, text color, and background color that you'd like. An image preview is displayed on the application's trouble-free interface and you can copy it to the clipboard for use in other programs. Character lengths are limited to 25 characters and some symbols aren't recognized. Since clip art isn't an option, some fresh fonts would have been a welcome addition to liven up its otherwise ho-hum endeavors. Inexplicably, the ZIP file included a Word document file of a poster for missing teen Natalee Holloway. While it's rather lukewarm in its attempts, Text To Pic Creator works well at creating free text labels.

Text to Pic Creator v1.0 allows you to create a bitmap image from text input, using any font installed on your system. You can specify the font properties, color and a background color and then save the result as a bitmap image or copy it to the clipboard.
