SafeMail is a backup tool for Outlook Express. It allows to backup your address book, mail and news folders, mail accounts, message rules, signatures, stationary, blocked senders list and all personal settings. SafeMail can also help you to transfer all your Outlook Express data from one computer to another, even with different versions of Windows and/or Outlook Express (for example from Outlook Express 5.5 to Outlook Express 6.0 or vice versa.
