Logic puzzle in which 9 tiles must be arranged into their natural order in the fewest moves.

Nine blue tiles are arraigned in a 3x3 square pattern with red numbers on one side and blue numbers on the other side. Each blue tile has a hidden number (1 ... 9) associated with it, The blue numbers off to the one side give the value of the rows, columns and diagonals of the hidden numbers as the tiles are currently arranged. The purpose of the puzzle is to rearrange the blue tiles (and the hidden numbers associated with them) so that the new blue numbers match the red numbers. When that is done the tiles are arranged in their natural order 1 through 9.
