Help prevent repetitive stress injuries with this break reminder.

RSI Break will interrupt your work at user-defined intervals so you can take a break from your computer. This will help you prevent computer-related injuries, which can take many forms--from headaches, neck pain, and eye strain to tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. RSI Break is nonintrusive. When your break time comes around, a notification window will pop up, and you simply click the OK button. When the program is minimized, the icon's caption displays the current time and date.

This updated release adds specific customizations for military users. Also, the message box is now always on top so it can't be missed, a registration key system has been added, and F1 will now bring up the Help menu.
