Room24 makes booking rooms easy it provides the whole company with full visibility over meeting room availability, meaning you spend less time trying to find a free space for your meeting. Sitting on an iPad outside each of your meeting rooms, Room24 provide a calendar that lets staff know straight away if the room's free, then lets them easily book a time slot. Because it hooks into your Exchange/Office365 client, it means you can quickly invite other attendees and get notifications so you never miss your time slot.Just some of Room24s features include: Book meetings from any Exchange/Office365 client such as Outlook Calendar, OWA etc (requires Exchange 2010 onwards or Office365). Book meetings direct from the app for a range of timeframes, whether its a half-hour catchup or full day session. See meeting schedules from the app or your Exchange/Office 365 client. See at a glance if a room is available, when it will be free and when it is next booked for. Automatic cancellation of double-bookings. Supports early finishing of meetings.
