Rooms is a meeting room display app for offices powered by Robin. The Robin Rooms app for iPad brings together a realtime display of whats happening in meetings. - Prevent double-bookings and schedule conflicts - Manage no-shows - Display up-to-the-minute schedule changes - Customize and brand the display - Mount in landscape or portrait mode - Works with Google Apps, Office 365, and Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013Robin syncs with your existing calendars, so conference room schedules are always up to date. Mount iPads running Robin Rooms near meeting spaces, and co-workers know when rooms are in use or available. Starting an impromptu meeting is one-touch event, and shared calendars are instantly updated to show the room is booked. Using the Robin mobile app (downloaded separately) and BLE beacons, people can automatically book rooms by walking through the door. This is a companion app to Robin's web and mobile apps. It requires an account on Robin.
