• Horrible, but not as bad as the alternative

  *Download doesn't lock up near as much as in Rhapsody 4.0 *As pathetically glitchy as it is, this is actually STILL better than the other version *Random crashes occur every 2 rather than 1 hours

  Cons

  *Everything is incredibly slow, even deleting a song takes 10 minutes at least, and that's on a good day *Nonexistent customer support. They never have a clue what to do, so they tell you to close all programs, including the chat window, to get you to stop bothering them. This is what happens when you hire finance people to do IT jobs... *It may be less glitchy than the 4.0 version, but it's still horrible

  Summary

  Unfortunately, this is STILL the only service out there that lets you transfer tracks to your player on a subscription basis. There used to be hundreds of startups like Rhapsody back in 2003-05, napster and mp3now were some of the best, but the worst service with the best advertising won. If there's ever an alternative, i'm switching without hesitation the moment I read about it I had to go into the f**king REGISTRY and manually disable hardblocks of incompatible programs to get this thing to run.

  SLOW! 10 minutes just to load my library of 13 Gb of songs. Must load every time you start software. Copy songs to media player (Samsung Alias 2) over 30 sec/song Delete songs: 30 sec/song. Did I mention it is SLOW? Customer support is awful.

  Summary

  Software is junk. Everything is way too slow. Also, creates duplicates when syncing to my device. Randomly. Don't waste your time.

• DOESN'T WORK WITH VISTA 64-BIT

  When I ran Windows XP it was a super application that came free with purchase of Sansa 4GB player from Best Buy.

  Cons

  Purchased new computer from Best Buy running Windows Vista 64-bit. Program is incompatible with this O/S. Salesman at Best Buy failed to mention that so many things were incompatible? WD HDD (bought at Best Buy) also doesn't work with this platform.

  Summary

  Don't expect Besy Buy sales to give you this information - or to respond quickly with any type of solution.

  kinda fast, alot of artists available, same price music as itunes.

  has some compatibility issues with sansa e200 2gb mp3 player. It kept saying there was no music on the ipod when there was, and kept ejecting itself from the computer.

  This program has a huge music selection, bigger than most programs. And if you have a sansa mp3 player it can transfer music to that with ease by dragging and dropping, it has artist radio so if you like someone you can hear others like them, plus its only 10 dollars or 15 for the sansa to go. I give Rhapsody Best Buy a 5/5

  Has issues with Vista and take a big portion of your Sansa memory. The only way to uninstal from Sansa is to find a old XP and INSTALL this software, to be able to remove it from Sansa. Having a software should be an option and not imposed by a software that does not even work propely.... and keep asking your for your credit card.....
