Resume Rater / Resume Ranker for Windows

Resume Rater software reads, rates, ranks, resumes automatically, without human intervention and displays resumes in descending order of scores. Resume Rater literally mimics human brain, as it Reads each resume, spots the presence of the selected function / skill related keywords, and assigns predetermined weightages (in human brains parlance - the importance) to each keyword to compute an overall score for each resume.

These weightages change continuously, thereby changing the relevance/importance of these keywords and consequently the score. Users can even add new functions/skills. And since no one is as smart as everyone, you should frequently update your Resume Rater version, by clicking on Get Latest Lists under the tab Process Control in Resume Rater Tool. Version 1 cannot only reset your counter but also update the master keyword list from www.IndiaRecruiter.net by clicking on Reset counter button.
