  Using this product was very straight forward. I wasn't looking for anything too complex, so the renaming features were more than rich enough for me.

  Does everything it says. Easy to use.

  Cons

  Does not handle memory very well. Sometimes stays resident after closing. Other times just refuses to load - immediately crashes. No updates for several years and no response to emails. If you can't support your product don't charge for it.

  unable to get serial number after my hard drive blew and had to reinstall system and all software. have repeatedly emailed them. nolo respondre. no one at home. ridiculous. bought it and can't use it.

  Pros

  Very good tool for people who manage a lot of files, such as images. We manage over 20,000 photos a year and this program has saved us a lot of time. Easy to use, intuitive, fast, and a good feature set.

  Cons

  The only negative we discovered is that the program will sometimes stay memory resident AFTER you exit the program! It does not do it consistently and we hope this gets resolved down the road.

• Great Features in Easy to Use Package

  Pros

  I spent a while looking for a program that would rename files/folders WITHIN other files. Using the "Recurse Folders" feature, this tool will allow you to find all the folders and files you want even if they're within other files.

  Cons

  I wish, however, that one of these products would eventually allow you to shift+click on folders, so that you could select multiple folders (and the files inside them).
