• Not happy with this software old not updated

  Pros

  There is not much of pros to post its very old software that is not even updated regularly as technology moves forward.

  Cons

  Software can not connect with clients shows only black screen. Software freezes Software records and you cant find the recordings. Software is to slow and crashes many times.

  Summary

  Do not recommend i have purchased few licenses support team is one person that never even does anything to help.

  it does not come with server installation only client installation. Per their website one computer free but 20 dollars or 14 euros for more. I consider this trialware. Uninstall program does not remove everything.

  Free but that is just about it. I will keep on looking.

• Great remote control program and fast

  Pros

  It's free to use, it's fast and intuitive. I used it over a lan and it was super fast. No need to take wallpaper down. No chrashet yet and works perfectly. Also no nag screens like teamviewer. Great program!

  Cons

  None yet. I do wish thought that you it could keep a list of computers so that the user could just pick the computer from the list instead of typing the name each and every single time.

  Summary

  Best remote sofware yet. I use it over our LAN and it's fast, intuitive, no nag screens and no limitations. Can't be beat. I very highly recomend it to my friends.

• Technical software...

  Pros

  It promises to be extremely effect in remote accessing and working computers, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to go through every single detail and option to learn about it more. However, it's certainly apparent that a LOT went into this program, so hats off for that.<p>But for a technologically advanced person, it's simply, amazing.

  Cons

  Like I said, very technical, and not suitable for a person of little technical knowledge. It's very overwhelming with it's many functions...<p>It would be great if it would offer some learning help.

• Doesn't remote install without Server software

  Pros

  I can't tell you what I like because it doesn't work as claimed. You have to install the 'Remote Administrator Control Server' software in oder to do remote install of the software.

  Cons

  They should not say it does something that it doesn't. You also have to download and install the extra server software which costs $19.50 (per administrator computer I would assume) in order to do remote installs.
