I'm InTouch is a PC remote access and control service that allows individuals to connect and interact with their home or office computer to access the information and essential business tools they need from anywhere, anytime using any computer or mobile device with an Internet connection.

With the I'm InTouch remote access software you have the flexibility to work wherever and whenever you want. Consider, for example, the convenience of being able to use your home PC to get easy and secure access to emails and files resident on your office computer. You can be anywhere and virtually any device connected to the Internet becomes a work terminal for you to carry on your business.

With this secure and cost-effective service, you can view and manage your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express email and attachments, as well as your contact and calendar entries stored on a distant computer. Access all files on your computer with the ability to view and/or download them. Using the Remote Control feature you will be able to view and control your PC as if you were sitting at it to run any program, including administrative and financial applications. If you have a web camera connected to your computer running I'm InTouch, the Video feature allows you to remotely view through this camera, providing web conferencing.

I'm in Touch is extremely inexpensive compared to others; it also works smoothly. You can access either your desktop remotely or just your Outlook, if the latter is all you need to see and you're in a hurry. Tech Support means paying for a call to Toronto (if you're not in Toronto already, that is), but they are very prompt, very thorough, and extremely polite. (And I think the only reason I had to call Tech Support was that I was chicken about uninstalling and reinstalling the program when I probably lost a couple of dll files.) I can't recommend this product enough.

I have used just about all of the RAS you can think of GOTO Logmein, PCA VNC you name it. I have found that IÃ¢Â€Â™m InTouch is the best overall value. It is secure and CONSISTENTLY fast. The big issue I had with most of the RAS systems was if you were not willing to sacrifice security you got inconsistent speeds. Some of the RAS systems (mentioned above) did rate faster speeds than IIT at certain times of the day but none of them were consistent. Really for 99 bucks a year you canÃ¢Â€Â™t go wrong.

Well I finally switched. I have been using I'm InTouch since it hit the market but as my company grew I needed remote access on a server that I control. Lucky for me 01 Communique has a corporate server version of the I'm InTouch. It has all of the features that I needed from the original plus it gave me control over the remote access server. I am happy to be able to stay with a company that I know and trust as my business gets bigger. So good bye I'm InTouch and hello I'm InTouch server.

I have tried out all of the Remote Access Services listed here on download and some others that are not. I found the intouch to have the best overall mix of price and features. It is also the only one I could get to work properly with my treo.
