Magento 2 Refund Request by Customer extension allows customers to submit a refund request on the Customer Account Page.

Refund Request by Customer's features are: From Order section, customers can send refund requests. Admin can choose to accept or reject the request from backend. Customers' refund requests can be managed and viewed from a grid. Email will be sent to customers to inform them about the final decision.
