This software is amazing. As of now, I have only used it to convert movies and TV shows from Miro (originally from The Pirate Bay) so that I can watch them on my iPod Touch. The software is simple and well laid out. You just add files to the queue and can even have them automatically added to iTunes, etc. It can take a while to convert a full-length movie at a higher quality, but that's to be expected. I have no complaints as of yet, and would suggest this software to anyone who needs to convert audio/video files from one format to the other.

Converts to many formats for different systems like iPhone, Xbox 360, PSP and PS3. Has the ability to create chapters every 5, 10 or 15 mins.
Cons
I havent found any problems during my time using this software.
