Developer’s Description

Create, view, search, and publish information about any topic.

ReCon allows you to create, view, search, and publish information about any topic. The output from ReCon is what we call a Body of Knowledge, or BOK for short. A Body of Knowledge can contain a variety of information, from simple fields on a form, such as name or address, to rich-text (like Microsoft Word), Web links, Web pages, grids, images, even audio and video. You can also attach files to a record, such as spreadsheets, PDF files, Office documents, text files; any kind of document or file you need.

ReCon is a tool for doing Internet-based research, as well as traditional research, compiling information from sources such as magazines and books. A BOK, regardless of its contents, is a single file that can easily be saved, copied, emailed, burned onto a CD, placed on a Web site; anything you can do with a normal file. BOK's can be created for personal use, shared temporarily with friends and family, and published/sold for fame and fortune.
