Recaps for Windows

The Alt-Shift combination used to to change the current language in Windows is an abomination upon the earth. Recaps is a small program that brings the old CapsLock key back to life to change the language youre typing in, in the same way the Alt-Shift abomination does. If you still want to type a lot of text in Capital Letters, you can - just press Ctrl-CapsLock and youll be typing all capitals. Press Ctrl-CapsLock again, and youre back in normal mode.
