  Pros

  My company works with government customers who mandate strict meeting policies. This app works great to help minimize errors and coordinate specifics.

  Cons

  There aren't a lot of bells and whistles yet but it does the job intended.

  Pros

  - Creates professional agenda with one click in Outlook and transfers it to Word Automatically - Create your template one time and use it over and over again with the click of a button - Assign action items to meeting attendees quickly and assign the due dates

  Cons

  - Would like to be able to link action items to SharePoint 2013 - Would like to be able to automatically post meeting notes to SharePoint 2013

  Summary

  I have received a lot of compliments for professional looking agendas and notes, if only they new it took me 5 minutes to setup the template and now with one click I can get awesome looking agendas for every meeting.

  Pros

  - automatically copies meeting details to Word - nice, professional-looking agenda, sharp - like the drop down list of attendees for assigning action items

  Cons

  - would like to be able to automatically email the agenda to everyone

  Summary

  Great looking meeting agenda that has all the meeting information in it. Made my job a lot easier and I've received a lot of compliments.
