  -easy and comprehensive to use -gets constantly updated - super cool anti-ban solution -cutomizable reports

  -no tips inside the tool -no web-based version -a bit slow

  Summary

  A good pick for professionals as well as amateurs for the money you pay. I like it for keyword research option integrated apart from rankings that get checked smoothly. And the ability to check efficiency stats to see how hard should it be to outrank my competitors.

  + all kinds of results (organic, universal, mobile, multiple at a time) in real-time + most accurate localized results + in-built keyword research with lots of sources + automated client-reporting + reasonable price

  - no multi-user licenses

  Summary

  Best tool I`ve been using so far. Covers all the steps like keyword research, efficiency analysis to narrow the keywords list down, organic competitors analysis for target keywords, and monitoring the ranking progress over time in any number of SEs. Doesn`t have limits for the number of projects or keywords, unlike most of the tools.

  suggest feature, checks rankings in many search engines, nice graphs, pie charts and layout

  might take a while to pull data for big projects

  Rank tracker has been my favorite rank checker for quite a while. It allows you to enter relevant keywords to see where your site ranks. It also suggest highly-relevant new keywords you may want to consider rankings for. Graphs and pie diagrams are really helpful to see big picture at a glance. Well done, Rank Tracker!

  Pros

  It was named "Rank Tracker" many years ago, and now this is a generic name for all position monitoring and search engine checking tools. It's really the best!

  Cons

  Would be nice they could offer it online (but that would be too pricy I guess when looking for online rank checkers). No cons other than that.

  It's an awesome tool to ease your work by providing your seo rank checking and analysing work half. Otherwise it's a complete time consuming work. If I must say this tool is the only best available right now easily available and affordable.

  Pros

  Works great! Fast, accurate (unlike all other web-based tools that use their own set of IPs and simply useless for accurate local results, which is very important for me) and easy to use. Started using it almost a year ago, and still haven't seen anything that can even come close to this rank checker.

  Cons

  Requires paid updates, but not a big problem for me - worth every dime invested. I wouldn't call its price ($3/month) to be a real pain for me, not at all :) I get for this updates for ~400 (or ~600, don't remember exactly) search engines every f**king day. Heck, that's a lot of work I guess, and I'm ready to pay 3 bucks to stay updated 100% of my time.

  Ultimate rank checker with huge number of options for everyone. No other rank checking tools can even come close! And those guys who promote their Rankinity tool by giving bad reviews to their competitors just s**k ;)

• I too fell for the scam

  Worked great when updated

  Cons

  Now they want a monthly fee, which is the only reason I signed up with them was because it didn't have one. The search takes hours because it runs on your own computer and gets blocked so it would not be worth spending monthly as there are better software out there on a SAAS model.

• Not free and will stop working even if you pay for it.

  Pros

  Works well for the first 6 months. Has many good features, many search engines, handles problems with repeat this to same SE which usually resultat in blocking.

  Cons

  I paid 100 USD for the product. After 6 months the rank-checking-functionality of the software stopped working because somehow a "algo-subscription" was required (minimum ca. 6 USD per month). Discussion with the company is futile. Do a search and find that many others have experienced the same thing.

  Summary

  Good software with good features, but even though you pay for 100 USD for it it will stop working after 6 months unless you pay for lifelong subscription.

  Pros

  the software does basically all what you need.

  Cons

  the big con is that it is sold by con artists with a hidden subscription agenda. we also fell for the trap and bought the enterprise edition and felt the same sadness and pain like many before and after us , now 3 years later after purchase i still can tell this was the most bad investment in the last 3 years. they give the illusion that you buy a stand alone product with their license but in fact after six months it is useless and al your money is down the drain , 3 years later they still not made it clear on the buy page that the software simply refuse to function if you not subscribe. in fact this amount you initially pay is nothing more then your subscription for the first months

  Summary

  the product is good if you aware of the con and willing to pay this price. it is not relevant if the price is justified , it is relevant that they are misleading people in thinking they are making a good deal.
