Generate a random number between the two entered limit values.
This program generates a random number between the two entered limit values. The limit values can be decimal numbers. The user can also choose the number of decimals in the generated result. The program is a ClickOnce Windows application, requiring .NET Framework 4.0 or higher. The installation is packed in a .ZIP file. After downloading, use the "Random Number Generator.application" file (just "Random Number Generator", if your system hides file extensions) to install the application.
