Perform Raman spectra analysis, including multivariate chemometric techniques.

RamanToolSet offers at the moment the following functions for processing: scaling spectra; averaging spectra; smoothing spectra; normalizations of spectra; background subtraction from spectra; polynomial subtraction from spectra; The following analytical tools have been implemented: Extended Multiplicative Signal Correction (EMSC) analysis of spectra. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) of spectra. The following mapping tools have been implemented: Producing single spectra files from Renishaw mapping files (.txt). Mapping the single spectra so imported from Renishaw files. Chemometrics Mapping: PCA is performed over spectra of a mapping and then the PCA-Scores are mapped.
