Radix works great! I am so excited about using this. I have tried to get some friends to build an Access database for a while, but they haven't had time. I looked around for a solution on this site for hours and downloaded a couple, but neither worked, and even the ones that I could have purchased didn't have all the features I needed. I found this and it installed fairly easily, you just have to read about a page in their help file. I was able to import all my Outlook contacts, which is very important because I use a Pocket PC (unfortunately I'll have to manually update Radix when I make changes to contacts using my Pocket PC, but if you don't enter info on the go, Radix would be a better contact program than Outlook). You can personalize the interface. The database is password protected. It automatically connects your contacts to associated companies when you import, it has a complete e-mail solution within the program (but evidently doesn't support IMAP, only POP3). You can link files to contacts and companies (unfortunately you can only link one file at a time, not entire folders). It has SO MANY features that I wouldn't have if I had a friend build my database. I'm sure I'll find more useful features in the near future because I've only had today to play with it. And best of all, I'm the only person running my business (which means the program will only be on one computer) so it's completely free, no limitations!!!
