RadioSure enables you turn your computer into the farthest reaching radio in the world. From this app, you can listen to radio stations from all across the planet. Whatever your musical taste or talk radio interest, you stand a good chance of finding something that you'd love to listen to once you install RadioSure.

Pros

Fantastic station selection: There are over 17,000 stations available through RadioSure.

Station recording: A great feature is the ability to easily record the stations that you want to listen to. This is particularly helpful if there is a talk program that you enjoy, which doesn't archive all of its episodes online, because now you can just record the program live. There is a limitation to the number of streams you can record simultaneously in the free version, but it increases if you upgrade.

Strong feeds: The feeds are strong and load quickly and effectively. There were no signal cutouts during testing across a broad variety of stations.

Cons

Dated, bland interface: The interface is not very attractive or modern. In fact, it is plain and out-of-date looking. While it is possible to navigate using the interface as is, it certainly doesn't feature any of the graphic advancement seen in some of this app's competitor products.

Bottom Line

If you're looking to listen to some international radio from your desktop computer, RadioSure is a great way to do that. The app works well, has a good selection, and although the packaging isn't the prettiest, it certainly gets the job done.

- Does what it says and has a ton of stations. - Ability to add your own stations.
Cons
- The stations I was looking for were not working.
Summary
I got it primarily to listen to BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra without being tied to a browser. Although they have the stations listed, they don't seem to be connecting. Not a huge problem though, I just googled for the stations' urls and used the "Add new station" feature to set them up and now they work no problem.

Pros
I paid for the Pro version of RadioSure. When I attempt to download and open it, my Panda Antivirus flags it as a trojan and erases it before I can install it.

Pros
Starts almost instantly; runs without a hitch. Comes with thousands of radio stations pre-set up. Most of the ones I chose worked perfectly. A few have old links that no one contacted the vendor to update. (they let you submit additions and correction, in a non-intuitive way requiring that you create a login). The best feature is that it will record a radio broadcast.
Cons
At install you see a messge that looks like a terms of use message with a Decline or Accept at the bottom. But the text tells you it is going to change your home page on any common browser you are using. It repeats this 3 times for different bloatware options. Just Decline each one. Eventually you will get the RadioSure Download.
Summary
This is a remarkable piece of software being distributed as freeware. I would pay a small amount to get a premium version that let me set a start and end time for a recording.
Excellent no nonsense radio player.

relatively small size of stored favourites,it allows only nearly 40 stations or so.issue of auto updating radio urls.doesnt get updated regularly.some stations never connect.
