Features handles GET, POST, and HEAD requests, does not rely on PHP to be installed, supports PHP extensions and PHP.ini (most scripts require them), supports command line arguments, and supports request mods using PHP scripts.

Pros
Extremely small and works right out of the box and could work on a flash drive.
Cons
The software can only be use on non-commercial websites, because the license agreement states "Not to be used for commercial purposes (including developing commercial websites)" making it illegal to use on commercial websites.
Summary
Great software for students or web developers in non-profit organizations, making non-commercial websites. For commercial web developers, this software might as well not exist. That is why give it a two star.

Summary
Far easier to use if you just want to test and debug a PHP script offline than Apache or IIS. I long since gave up on those. Strongly recommended!

Pros
trying to test php on windows with apache or IIS can be a major pain in the rectum, but this thing takes all the worry out of it. oh man it's awesome! i only wish i had found it long ago. think of all the time it would have saved me!
Cons
if there's a con, i have not discovered it. it's simple and easy man, try it!!
