  Summary

  I used to use quick parts in Outlook for message templates. However, when I upgraded to Outlook 2010, Quick Parts stopped working because I didn't upgrade MS Word. Another ridiculous oversight by Microsoft. In any case, Quick Templates for Outlook does the same thing just a tad bit better and easier to use than Quick Parts. Easily worth the money if you frequently asked questions that you reply to in an email.

• Convenient & Easy To Use But Lacks Paragraph Formatting Of Text

  Pros

  It is a faster and more convenient way of pasting Outlook signature(s) into an e-mail being composed.

  Cons

  Lacks paragraph formatting capability. For example, any text of template created you want centered in the e-mail you are composing ends up undesirably stretched/distorted because it has extra vertical space(s) between lines of template text.
