Quick-BookWiz is an easy to use yet power full secure customizable online scheduling, booking, and management software that gives your business or organisation easy access to schedule and manage planned activities, staffing requirements, pupils and keep track of the finances. Originally designed for a swim school but can be utilised for other activities such as after school tuition, ballet, gymnastics etc. Allows for automatic or manual transfer of class structure and pupils into the next course, bulk invoice creation, class lists for teachers and for public display, administer attendances, daily list of paid invoices, staff work schedule, mail-outs and to check booking history. The management side provides assistance with communication between clients and staff/management and comprehensive statistical information such as daily attendance, retention rate, compare level occupancy rates between courses, daily or course income, outstanding invoices, and how clients heard about your business.
