Access a bookmark folder via popup menu.

Allows you to attach one of your bookmarks folders to a browser action popup menu. If you are on Windows, this is only a subset of the functionality provided by the -bookmark-menu option, so that is usually preferable. It supports bookmarklets, displays favicons next to bookmark names (this is a work in progress and contains new icons from GNOME's stock collection.
