- Installed the sw then closed all windows and restarted the system but nothing. Control panel shows that the program is install but when I right click on a word in IE no "Lookup Word" context menu is shown. Contacted manufacturer and will update if I hear back from them with a fix. Running Win XP and IE 6.0.xx
