great product

- fast, simple, remote install for temporary or permanent use. Can take over user's desktop using a network login without logging out the local user.

- Needed to take over a user's PC to assist her, ran the PushVNC and I was on her desktop in less that a minute. I like that when you push the install, you can chose to uninstall it on the end user's PC automatically when you are done, or leave it installed as a service so you can connect again with the viewer. There was also no installation on my PC. Just ran the EXE from download directory and I was on my way.

Free and easy remote support of another desktop

- Easy to setup, works well. Software only required on host computer. Then VNC can be pushed client computer, enabling full control of client Desktop. Client does nothing except tell you thier IP address, user name and password to allow you access. Excellent for remote support on the cheap

- Firewalls need to be turned off or have thier rules edited to allow remote access.
