Public Calendar Choice is a freeware add-in for Microsoft Outlook, Public Calendar Choice is a tool for Outlook that save a choice of several shared calendars in Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 and restores this choice later at any time. Public Calendar Choice for Outlook is an extension for Outlook 2003 and also Outlook 2007. It uses the function of Outlook 2003 to display several calendars side by side. Public Calendar Choice for Outlook is particularly efficient with access to calendars of co-workers e.g. with Public ShareFolder or Microsoft Exchange. With Outlook 2003 a function was introduced to display several calendars side by side. Thereby displaying the selection of dates of several co-workers can be arranged significantly clearer. If Outlook is terminated, the selection (display) of several calendars side by side is discarded. It must be configured again after each restart. With Outlook 2007 the calendar selection is kept even with a restart. Public Calendar Choice for Outlook simplifies the process for users of Outlook 2003 in addition, substantially in Outlook 2007. The desired choice is uniquely saved and can be restored with only one click at any time with Public Calendar Choice for Outlook. Outlook can now customized and is available at any time and does not need to be "configured" at the beginning of each workday. Also the selection for certain tasks can be changed and reset simply to default.
