  I normally don’t write these reviews but when PSTCompress compacted my personal .pst file nearly 60% I had to!! Since then we have purchased this product and it has compressed all of our .pst files across our network. I am very satisfied with this tool. I highly recommend PSTCompress to anyone and everyone using Outlook.

  If you manage to get it to start, and it doesn't crash during 5 minutes, it does indeed compact PST files

  Cons

  Horrible, convoluted interface, terribly unstable. Annoying dependancy on CDO (not part of the default MS Office install, so you need your Office CD handy to make this thing work). Gave up in the end. <p> <p>Ended up looking at the similarly named "PSTCompactor" (pstcompactor.com) and "PST Attender" (sherpasoftware.com)... both are substantial improvements.
